NarTest is looking for a Customer Service Engineer in Estonia. You’ll be a Brand Ambassador for our customers globally, highly motivated and committed, enthusiastic, target driven and fully focused on delivering results in 24/7. Your task is to facilitate customer issues from start to finish on the technical help-desk. You’ll be doing it efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English, Estonian & Russian
  • Excellent communicator
  • Great problem solver & team player
  • High tech / science education
  • 3+ yr experience in technical position
  • Ready for intense training & travelling
